The Requirements
We are interested in land that meets the following criteria:
Land Size: growth opportunities from 0.75 acres
Power Availability: access to a minimum of 500 kilowatts of power, and the ability to support a private wire connection to a renewable source
Connectivity: access to a minimum of 2 x 100 Gbps data connections (connectivity and installation can be coordinated by our partners)
Planning: confirmation that there are no existing access or planning restrictions (The Exiteers can establish specific planning requirements for your site)
Logistics: HGV-accessible with connection to a good road network
